ANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS?

You look after our members, conduct EMS training sessions, develop your team and ensure smooth processes in everyday studio life - from planning to motivation.

You should have a trainer license (ideally an A license) - or be willing to acquire one with us. Management experience is an advantage for the studio management.

No - you will receive a thorough induction with us, including basic EMS training and an NiSV certificate of competence.

You will work with members, conduct training sessions, coordinate tasks within the team and take responsibility for quality, organization and studio performance.

You can progress from trainer to studio manager - or even run your own studio in the long term, e.g. as a franchise partner.

We support you from day one - with structured induction, further license training and a strong network of colleagues and coaches.

We work in shifts - with fixed but flexible hours to suit your life.

It's very uncomplicated: Apply online or directly at the studio. We'll get back to you quickly and clarify everything else in a personal meeting.
