SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Preliminary remark
The name fitbox® stands for the franchise system of fitbox GmbH.
The contractual partner is always the respective owner of the fitbox® studio with which the membership is concluded.
Individual agreements that deviate from this service description must be recorded in writing in the membership contract.
MEMBERSHIP
A fitbox® membership gives you access to highly efficient, professionally supervised EMS training that is individually tailored to you.
Scope of training services:
- Up to 2 EMS training sessions per calendar week of approx. 20 minutes each
- Choice of EMS strength training or EMS cardio training
- A maximum of 1 unit per week can be EMS strength training
Training frequency recommendation:
- In the first 10 weeks after starting or returning to training, there should be at least a 6-day break between two EMS strength training sessions.
- From the 11th week of training, a break of at least 4 days is sufficient.
Organization of appointments:
- EMS training sessions only take place by prior appointment.
- Due to limited capacity, participation is subject to availability.
- Only one future appointment can be made at a time.
- Scheduled sessions are forfeited in the event of no-show, late arrival (at least 5 minutes before the start of the training session) or cancellation less than 24 hours before the start if the member is responsible for this.
STARTBOX
Your entry into the fitbox begins with a detailed initial consultation with a personal trainer.
This includes
- An individual anamnesis to determine your current training status and goals
- An introduction to EMS training and the training processes at fitbox
- The creation of your personal training profile, on which your individual EMS settings are saved
The aim is to give you the best possible and safe start to your training.
COMFORT SERVICE
The comfort service makes your training even easier:
- Provision of fresh EMS training equipment with every session
- A towel included on request
COMFORT SERVICE PREMIUM
The Comfort Service Premium offers you additional flexibility and comfort:
- All the benefits of the Comfort Service
- Option to request rest periods without giving reasons
- Each rest period must cover at least two full calendar weeks

- Maximum of eight calendar weeks of rest per calendar year

- During approved rest periods:
- Suspension of membership fees, provided the membership is in the minimum term

- No use of training services possible
