You can book your EMS trial training conveniently online or by phone. Simply choose your preferred date and we will take care of the rest.

Define goals

We will get to know you and your goals better in a short consultation. Whether you want to strengthen your back, shape your body or simply get fitter - we will tailor the training to you.

Change

We provide you with special EMS underwear and you can change in peace and quiet. We will provide you with everything you need on site.

Connect

Your EMS suit will be individually fitted and connected to the training device. Don't worry: you will be slowly introduced to the impulses - everything is done under supervision.
